TERMS, CONDITIONS AND POLICIES

Jabulani Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd

Thank you for choosing Jabulani Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd to experience the best of our helicopter and charter adventures. To ensure every guest enjoys a safe and seamless experience, please familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions applicable to our services.

  1. HELICOPTER FLIGHTS

Helicopters are weight-limited, and the following guidelines apply:

  1. Robinson R44: Maximum weight per seat is 120 kg and/or an average of 90 kg across the three seats, at the pilot’s discretion.
    b. Airbus H120 / H125 & H130: No maximum per-seat limit applies; however, an average of 90 kg per seat applies, at the pilot’s discretion.
    c. Bell 206 Long Ranger: Maximum weight per seat is 140 kg and/or an average of 75 kg across the three seats, at the pilot’s discretion.

A surcharge may apply if an upgrade to a larger helicopter is required due to weight limitations. Prices for scenic flights are on a per-person basis, with a minimum of two (2) passengers sharing unless an exclusive flight has been booked.
Seating is allocated based on the weight and balance of the helicopter.
